If you are organising your own wedding, but want to handover to an experienced wedding co-ordinator to ensure your day runs smoothly, this package is for you. We work with you from 2 weeks before your wedding, assist with your rehearsal and manage your wedding day details for up to 8 hrs on the day.
This service is often used by our clients who have chosen a private home or a marquee wedding. We’ll take care of the details, from furniture to power for the DJ, catering to table settings, while you relax and have fun on your special day.

After our initial phone consultation we will provide you a list of venues that meet your requirements. This may include private homes available exclusively to Waiheke Island Weddings as wedding venues. Once you have a shortlist, we can spend half a day with you or a family member viewing them, until you find your special place to tie the knot.
